Re: Buying Property.

lizkins how do you work out what a house is 'worth' - because it's never been about the actual cost of goods/plant etc ... land prices are the major component and they are based on supply/demand i do think australians want to buy property - they aspire to be home owners - is the dominant driver. it ...

what's the issue with gearing? cops a bad wrap as far as i am concerned. nothing illegal about it - gives people a pretty minor tax upside that is very small in the scheme of things. can't see how negative gearing is the cause of housing inflation. the cause of housing inflation is more people want ...

GK what are you wanting to achieve from the advisor. Personally, any investment is worthwhile if it can make you what you paid + compensation for your time. So if the FA can make you $1500 and you pay him/her $1000 then the return is pretty good. So it all comes down to what you want to do. If you w...

we had a fortnightly delivery for preloaded vegies and fruit ... canned it about 2 months in. Produce was decent and reliable but range wasn't really what we wanted. always had loads of red onions, lebanese cucumbers and iceberg lettuce ... which we couldn't get through.
