i reckon eBay is your best bet. private sales for that sort of thing are probably the way to go. I can't imagine a shop would offer you a reasonable price but I have no evidence to back that up.

They specialise in mad sourdough. They also do awesome late breakfasts and bread and butter pudding. Great coffee as well.

I organised some prints for a client. came out a little washed out but i'd put money on the fact that it came from a happy-snap digital.

i've used a self serve machine to print stuff from my d70s and the pics were great
