Re: R.I.P. MB.com

I'm going to throw it out there and say it. This thread is the most interesting thing that has happened on here in years. All you need is someone wearing the black hat. Any time after I'm kicked, if you'd like me to make guest appearances to fuck shit up on here, create controversy, and all round ge...

Re: R.I.P. MB.com

Sure you did. Bit thin on the dancefloor tho eh? I'm not better than anyone else. I have my shortcomings (tolerance and forgiveness for idiots being one of these) Shortcomings aside, I could sure promote and play a party better than you ever did cunt. lol. (I haven't been kicked yet. What's wrong wi...

Hey man. Maybe you could lead us into another edition of 'FireAid' next time there's bushfires? Double your best effort and get 10 people there next time.

Re: R.I.P. MB.com

Kill it and let it die with some grace. I haven't been on here for years, but within ten minutes of reading it I wanted to gouge out my eyes to make it stop. It's like being dragged into Revolver after years of absence through good living, then seeing all the same old, pathetic, clubbed-out spastics...

Can go as far as say richmond east but preferably something in CBD or heading out towards North Melbourne, Kensington way? We have kickboxing (Muay Thai...

Re: Health

it tastes pretty rough though - 'orrible wonder what the iron levels are like- would be great for peeps with iron deficiency anaemia It doesn't taste that bad. Though it can taste totally shithouse if it isn't fresh - like lawn clippings mixed with shit. Seriously tho, my skin, my hair, everything,...

Re: Health

My new thing is wheatgrass. Got put onto it by a celeb MMA fighter that came and trained in our gym. He swears by it. Been on it for about 3 weeks now, and feeling strong as. It's a great supplement for an already healthy diet, as one shot is the equivalent of over a kilo of green vegies. I got my ...

Re: flux pavilion - bass cannon

Re: Health

I'd go with the 70% to 30% ratio, for sure.
Maybe give or take 10-20% depending on the individual, here or there. But what we eat is all important, and exercise comes in second IMO.

Re: flux pavilion - bass cannon

You guys are just a repeat argument of the breaks vs progressive breaks, or tech vs minimal, etc, etc. Lets face it - every genre eventually shits itself. A sub-genre like dubstep has had a pretty good run - but you know things are fucked when things get truly saturated, the general standard of prod...

Re: Health

Bo is right, the last bit of weight will always come down to diet. It's rare to see a truly fit person who lives on fish & chips and coke. (some rare lucky people can get away with it in their prime - teens to late 20's - when the metabolism is still running fast naturally - i actually used to b...
