Actually I re-read your post and steermouse my not actually fix your problem. Worth a try through - it will give you much better control.

Yeah I've got massive props for McEwan. He really is one of the most level headed men in the race. I love how he organises the autobus on the climbs to keep all the sprinters within 35min of the winner of a stage.
