my mum just gave me david sedaris' new book 'when you are engulfed in flames' for my birthday. didn't even know he had a new one out and he's one of my favourite authors. yay. also just got just got lionel shriver's 'a perfectly good family' , and woody allen's 'mere anarchy' . great holiday reading...

He was an awesome dog and you and Sam gave him an awesome life. Kept on believing in him long after many owners would have given up, I'm sure he knew just how loved and lucky he was.

a friend of mine got picked for the 'international' one they were doing. people from diff countries...

baked breakfast is the best.

easy cos you can make it all in one dish and don't have heaps of washing up. no one wants washing up in the morning!

super hard to time it so the egg yolk is runny and the whites cook and don't look like snot egg though.
