I got above pair of flats from wittner little bow on them just a stuck on bit of lace really. They have a ever so slight squared offness to the toe but really comfy and nice. Um do you have private health insurance? I use OPSM in greensborough but then I have family and friends 40% vouchers and then private to fall back onto so tend not to really pay much at all if anything when I get them.
