Unless your cooking a Kilogram size piece of dead animal why the 30 hour and if your oven will go hotter do it(Unless your braizing etc). Yip i hear ya.... Only listening on shitty work computer speakers so not going into it too much, but love the path your heading down..., personally i'd go more rave somewhere (eg piano, strings, baby kittens etc) or play on the drums more. But i like :wink:
