Yo yo ladies and gentlemen,

I have a dream.... no but really, I do.... to attempt to cover all possible press we can.

Here is a list of who I reckon we should approach to get some love. An article, a comment, a notation in their 'whats on', anything that we can get. Some media has already been covered (hence the covered next to those specific areas ) but the remaining ones, if anyone has any contacts or would like to approach them with the event, please post next to it, or pm me or bRb.

I have City Search covered, I have the marketing managers direct contact details for this and have talked to her in person about options for this in detail. All I need is the press release, then I can email her with a proposal, then it should be placed, on a rotational basis, on the front page of City Search (which has a lot of traffic).

And as I have offered numerous times, I work in the same building as Nova and would enjoy taking a proposal to them, but if thats covered then thats all cool.

Question: How about TV? Even if it's not to get peeps to the actual gig, at least it would be wicked advertising for the fundraising side of things.

Is there a bank or something that we're working with to collect the donations that come in off the radio/press promo's??

Let me know and I'll see what I can do about (at the very least) organising a story on the news or something. The tv news is always looking for human interest stories.

To be honest, a bunch of beatheadz working together to help a noble cause sounds like one hell of a human interest story to me. Helping hero's is a big spinner IMO. Let's go whole hog.

Right, Nova has said that they will put up info on their website and get the Casanovas to make announcements. Also, if we send them 50 fliers they will distribute them and put them around the Nova office.

Had that organised ages ago, supposedly each presenter was given the run sheet to spread the word. I caught up with the manager the other day and she said all was going fine on their end.

Just heard from my brother that Nova has been handing out fliers all day through the Cassanova's who do all the live crosses on air.

Aslo there are fliers in the Nova buillding and our gig is on their gig guide.
