After several years of tag team Rainbows, finally in 2009 we get to sample these two electronic behemoths together.

Ido Ophir / Domestic (Homega, Israel)
Domestic (Ido Ophir) is a veteran in the Israeli trance scene, with numerous dancefloor hits over the years. His debut album, "Art making machine", was one of the most highly anticipated albums in 2006.

Mathew Jonson (Wagon Repair, Canada)
Mathew Jonson has become one of the preeminent producers and dj's in electronic music today.

Wrecked Machines / Gabe (Spun, Brazil)
Gabriel Serrasqueiro aka Wrecked Machines was recently noted in Dj Mags 2006 Top 100 list as number 55 in the world.

DJ Pena (Flow, Portugal)
With a worldwide DJ career, a showcase of four Danceclub Magazine awards and an internationally renowned label group, DJ Pena is one of the leading Portuguese progressive DJ's in the world.

i was thinking of going to the 'final' aus earthcore this year too but im guessing it'll be total shite compared to rainbow?

never thought i'd say that, but seriously, market stage, mid to late arvo
place would erupt, no doubt, i can just picture people losing their shit in a big way
but hey, dubstep or no dubstep, you know rainbow's gonna be large regardless

Dave pham actually dropped a couple of dubstep tracks this year in his minimal set. Crowd loved it!

and kaiproject > BDO and rainbow are the same weekend every year im pretty sure. if you have never been to a rainbow you are missing out. dont go to BDO this year!!!
also, yes its the last earthcore, and yes, its not as good as rainbow, but still worth going if you have never been and enjoy outdoor parties imho.

now i have no job ive put my hand up for stage managing at both festivals, but now im like, hrmm, ....but i like to party @ rainbow!?

I've never liked psy trance
For me Rainbow's all about beers in the sun with proper crew and deep as fuck beats at the market stage during the arvo
The addition of dubstep is a massive bonus
