mmm i dont not like it, i appreciate it and like to listen at times when im at home and lounging, or when its mashed in with dnb sets to provide a break from furious sweaty dancing, for example chase and status. But i don't really like to hear a whole set of dubstep when im out, rather something faster.

our HEAVY INNIT!! nights are pushing grime and dubstep as well as what's become 'future beats' plus a little UK and Detroit hip-hop. we like the slower tempos and have designed our events for others who are feeling all that shit... our biggest pre-requisite is that the music has a heavy sound and dubstep sits well with our aesthetic.

dubstep's become a popular genre just like a lot of other styles, i can't see why it's such a problem that more people like it now. shouldn't that be a good thing?

skream and benga was huge, who would have thought!? i am sure the Subbass crew weren't complaining when they counted their takings at the end the night... i personally thought it was good to see so many people enjoying the music.

Yeh TRG, Pangaea, Ramadanman, Martyn etc are who changed me from not totally getting dubstep into a massive massive fan.

I would suggest that people who like minimal, prog house, breaks etc would really enjoy this stuff.

also, after listening to a bunch off old school jungle on vinyl and having my knees wobble from the bass, anyway, so i though mp3's have everything taken out that the human ear cant hear? but what i love about jungle and other subby things, alot of the time its the bits i cant hear that makeit connect with me, subsonic body music... house is a feeling, just a thought.
