Hey Everybody

I am new to Melbourne and loving it.

I joined this site so I could meet like minded people. Composers/Producers/DJs

I use reason, recycle, ableton and serato.

I have recently sold 2 songs to a UK music library for tv and film.

I have been away in Europe for 4 years, in that time I djed much. house, minimal and techno.

Well - if there are any events going on that involve beer, and production speak, COUNT ME IN!

Cheers for the great forum to be a part of.

Wat Up MB,

Im Jay. I play house music in most varieties. I tend to lean towards the West Coast funky/Chicago tip. I am really looking forward to getting involved & checking out everyone's work, aswell as contributing some of my own!

Many thanks.

hey guys, nice setup you've got here. I've used this site for ages without becoming a member & finally decided to.

Quick Q: with posts having to be approved, is that because I'm new or is it always like that? I posted a few times almost a week ago and haven't had approvals (not to bitch haha just wondering)

Yo. Was looking for Hudson Mohawke's BTS radio mix via google found this site.

Live in Sydney; so please you Melbournian peons don't hold it against me ;).

The main reason/s I joined this site was to talk with people that enjoy the similar styles of music, find out stores that will sell the cd's I am looking for and finally to find new music.

I finish with a small gift; http://cloudinstrumentals.com/ xoxo

Hello Melbourne crew!

Moved from Glasgow, Scotland a year ago and just started a show on PBS FM. Friday nights 10 - 12.

The show features dubstep, techno, garage, LA bass, funky and anything with a bad bassline.

I'm new in town and looking for local producers! If you think I'll dig 'em send your tracks to my dropbox on www.soundcloud.com/thebeatdelivery

See you's on the dance floor!

Heya guys my names Mick.

I produce as Rhythmik. I came from the doof scene but am constantly moving to a more urban sound, combining wobble, crunk, techno and lots of other stuff :P I love my hardware synths and go through them like a muther-fucker... constantly buying and selling looking for the perfect combo of gear.

Got a new track up here if you want to hear some of what I do (although this tends to change a lot, even within the one track)
http://soundcloud.com/rhythmik/squable-full

On top of the production I also put on club nights and events through my new crew "Culture Jam" ... our last one was Tweaky Beats.

Oh and I also love sharing knowledge when it comes to music production :-)

Rock on :kooislayer.:

hey fellow beat lovers!

the name's Tal... I produce music (or try at least!) as Panorama. Young and new to the future-beat/post-dubstep/garage/whatever-the-hell-you-wanna-call-it scene.

Looking to meet and chat with some like-minded producers and musicians, and hopefully develop my own production to the point were I can play it live! Always keen to talk about music, so just hit me up if ya like :)

Easy everyone, I've recently moved over from the UK but been coming back and forth to Melbs over last 15 years - feels like a second home :) I run Entrada Recordings with Ben Wijay and Kloke (two other pom producers living here) and make house/techno/bass music. Post up some fresh stuff when we get our act together... ;)
