Who says summer's over? We say prove it.
Yaldi Boomtime is an international collective of fine young upstarts, here to add a little spice to Melbourne's daytime night time, afters and onwards party scene. Our debut knees-up will be held at Fitzroy bowls club- tucked away in the corner of the grounds with indoor space in the form of a marquee and an outdoor area, providing panoramic views of Edinburgh Gardens and the city skyline (near enough!). Entertainment will come in the form of a plethora of electronic jocks both local and international, laying down a soundtrack that will take you through sun kissed house and techno to the freshest of beats that will without doubt have you asking 'where is the after party?' And don't worry, we've got that covered too. The term 'yaldi' is an expression of shocked excitement, come along and learn how to use it wisely- we're here to have fun, and we want as many of you to join us as possible. Food will be provided in the form of the soon to be legendary Boomtime BBQ, and we'll be traying up various other delights throughout the day so get down early so as not to miss out.
Afterparty: This is going to be fun! As the music fades on the day party it’s full steam ahead to the afters; we guarantee you’ve never danced here before! A 5 minute stroll from the Bowls Club and we continue the party in our secret little boudoir for the night. This intimate venue has a very limited capacity so the first 60 people to join us for the day party will receive a free ticket to gain access to the afters.
