Black Sun Empire

Black Sun Empire represent the finest in dark and tech fuelled dance-floor drum & bass. Since bursting onto the scene back in 2000, they’ve continued to develop their own unique style and sound, releasing numerous singles as well as four full-length LPs and establishing themselves as leaders in the field. With their impressive DJ skills and inspirational productions, Black Sun Empire have reached far beyond their native Holland. They’ve toured the world over, with highlights including Glastonbury and numerous other festival appearances, and continue to build on their growing reputation as some of the most exciting and consistent performers around.

State of Mind

Hailing from Auckland, New Zealand, State of Mind are the duo of Stu Maxwell and Patrick Hawkins. Beginning their careers in 2005 SOM have become notoriously prolific producers with releases on a broad spectrum of labels throughout the dnb scene. Material can be found on the shelves via CIA Recordings, Teebee’s Subtitles Records, Friction’s Shogun Audio, Viper Recordings, Doc Scott’s 31 Records, Concord Dawn’s Uprising, Bad Company, BSE & Obsessions, Project 51, Samurai and more. Moving forward State of Mind are now exclusively signed to Black Sun Empire’s flagship ‘Blackout’ label, on which they released their highly acclaimed ‘Eat The Rich’ LP in 2014 followed by their "Until the World Ends" EP with label bosses Black Sun Empire in 2015.

Neonlight

Formed of Tobias and Jakob, Neonlight are now one of the Drum and Bass scene’s most highly regarded producing teams. In only three years the German based duo’s killer blend of musicality, attitude and sheer creativity has seen them work with DnB royalty, including labels such as Bad Taste, Trust in Music and Viper, and earned them countless fans in the process. With high profile releases for Lifted, BSE Recordings and Cause4Concern as well as tracks with the likes of Aeph, Inside Info, Hedj and Mefjus in their impressive discography, Neonlight have become a byword for unique, precise Drum and Bass – and there’s much more to come.

Trei

TREi, AKA Trevor Linnell, joins the Blackout tour as special guest from the Viper Recordings camp. Trei has been a leader in the drum and bass scene down under since 2007. With a slew of producers coming from Australia and New Zealand including Pendulum, ShockOne, State of Mind, and Concord Dawn, TREi has made a name for himself with releases on prestigious labels such as: Viper Recordings, Technique, Commercial Suicide, SOM Music, Shogun Ltd, Samurai Music, and Uprising Recordings. Now signing exclusively with Viper Recordings, TREi will be working on his next string of singles and EP’s for the label in lead up to his next studio album.
