MATRIX & FUTUREBOUND

Matrix & Futurebound need no introduction, both having had illustrious careers in their own right, with Matrix first cracking the UK singles charts with ‘It’s Love Trippin’ way back in 2002 and Futurebound launching Viper Recordings in 2004, now recognized as one of the UK’s leading independent record labels and a true powerhouse in the bass music scene. Since the release of their ground-breaking debut album as a duo “Universal Truth” in 2007 they have reached a level of success matched by only a select few in the drum & bass world, with huge support from BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra, Capital FM, Ministry of Sound Radio & XFM of the back of their singles “All I Know” (#29 UK singles chart, 2012) “Magnetic Eyes” (#24 UK singles chart, 2013) and “Control” (#7 UK singles chart & #2 Dance chart, 2014). Major remix duty followed with Matrix & Futurebound remixing UK #1 single, Oliver Heldens x Becky Hill ‘Gecko’ (Overdrive) FFRR, Eric Prydz ‘Liberate (Virgin EMI), Seven Lions ‘Strangers’ (island/Universal) and Labrinth ‘Let It Be’ (Sony Records). Along with huge live shows at Creamfields, Global Gathering, Nocturnal Festival, Brixton Academy and more under their belt, the duo can also claim to be one of extremely small number of drum & bass artists to have played the iconic Stereonsonic festival in Australia 2013.

THE PROTOTYPES

Nick & Garvey aka “The Prototypes” exploded onto the scene in 2010 there’s been no looking back for the Brighton-based duo and their polished brand of dancefloor-destroying drum & bass. Quickly becoming one of the most hotly-tipped production duos in the scene they’ve built a reputation for putting out instant dancefloor weapons and consistently smashing any and all remixes. Entering in to the next chapter of their careers The Prototypes signed with Viper Recordings and have just released their debut “City of Gold LP” firmly cementing their position in the highest tier of drum & bass. The future has never been brighter for one of the most exciting production outfits in recent years.

INSIDEINFO

One of the most unique producers in the game, InsideInfo ranks alongside some of the most respected producers in the drum & bass scene. With a back catalogue featuring releases on the most prestigious labels in DnB, such as Viper, Virus, Metro, Critical, Blu Mar Ten, Hospital, Renegade Hardware and Ganja-Tek, InsideInfo has built up an enviable reputation for delivering the most distinctive, twisted funk in all of bass music.

SMOOTH
Luka Per aka Smooth was introduced to music at the age of 10, when he began to practice piano. After practicing for 3 years and later on he became more interested in guitar, also in such genres as metal, hardcore etc. When a couple of years passed by he attended his first drum n bass party and he was hooked! Now ready to launch the next chapter of his career, Smooth has set his sights on working towards his debut album on Viper Recordings which will surely catapult him amongst the elite producers in drum and bass. Serving as the first album single, ‘Virgo Cluster’ is the perfect showcase of Smooth’s trademark anthemic dancefloor funk which he is becoming world renown for.
