3181 Thursday also features half price (!!!) meals for local residents, traders and members at Colonel Tan’s restaurant, with a brand new Thai menu from the minds behind Cookie. Plus free vintage video games including Atari, Sega Master System and Nintendo, foozball and free wifi internet.
