I'd suggest http://photofriday.com/

Every Friday they announce a theme/challenge, and you have 1 week to submit a photo to that theme. After submissions close they choose 6 noteworthy submissions.

There are no prizes, it's just a pride thing I suppose. I've been submitting photos for a couple of weeks now, it's fun to have a little project for the week.

Nice photos.

A few of my recent shot that I've liked:

Brunny Street @ night taken from the top of that scaffolding around the church across the road from the gardens

Image

Another long exposure taken from my mate's balcony in Fitzroy. I'm pretty sure one of those apartments is Valuetime's

Image

More long exposure radness

Dan @ Hype & BSE. My dig camera has this stupid auto focus delay thing so it's really hard to take candid shots cause it preps for like 7-10 seconds before it capture the image. Stoopid. So I'm ultra lucky to get this shot on the fly...

Image
My arty friend Georgia made a jigsaw puzzle out of pics of a friends bubby. I was so impressed I took a pic of the pics. You can change her around so she's frowning or laughing or jumping etc. Georgia took like a thousand pics so she could mix and match them. It's brilliant!

some beautiful pictures there mixtress. here's one from the evol intent set of the enemy in the mix, the rest of those should be up soon

Image

and here's a self-portrait that turned out somewhat decent, a rare occurrence. it's successful mainly because i look cold tired and surly and i was certainly feeling that at the time
