Oh timing fail Petey! That would have been awesome.

Dan, were going up to the Dandenongs. Too good an opportunity to have reduced rent, space, fresh air, man sheds and a load of animals. Refuse to spend my life paying of someone else's mortgage simply to stay in the rat race. Rat Race game - me no play no more :D

Downside, loosing my house!

 @ Ruby's. Monbulk - and no, im not becoming a jam farmer. Its magnificent, so beautiful. And to think the travelling time only going to add 30 min each way to my commute.

It is a cute lil bar, thank god for that one actually, or I might have actually attended the Ferntree Gully Pub!!

Terrible terrible pubs out that way. Ruby's is "an oasis in a desert of bogans" indeed.

 fully.

Unfortuently its a car 30 min. The nearest train station is 15 min drive away, so thats an add on, the train ride time is the same as my tram ride through to domain. And then once we move offices to just behind Spencer street, i'll be totally laughing, one train (granted its the entire length ) and just the to and from the station. Awesome!!

you'll have to come over for a sleep over (mushroom farm also, he he)

Also to any peeps interested, available date can also be the end of August :D Flexibility is a good thing.

Downside will be travelling 2+ hours per day. Worth it, though. Especially when we're sweltering through those god awful summer nights.
