Have you or anyone you know had allergen injection desensitisation therapy in Melbourne Australia within the last 5-10 years?

Have you also developed any persistent health problems since having the injections? e.g. immunological problems, autoimmune problems, recurrent infections, joint pain, gastrointestinal problems, eye problems, skin rashes, chronic fatigue or any other unusual health problems?

Even if you have not had any adverse health problems since having the shots, can recall being given injections that contained any form of bacterial extracts?
