The acts were pretty good, mildly entertaining but I was scratching my head as to how these 3 people got the job as judges?

I am for real as I actually watched more than one act...the beatboxing and a 15 year old kid who could actually sing was decent.

Lowest common denominator TV is Grey's Anatomy or the 100+ crime shows (with a few exceptions).

watched the first 2 episodes of true blood last night, and tbh i cannot understand what everyone is on about, mainly because i thought it sucked balls. Sorry, i know theres a lot of fans on here, but i felt it to be truly a pile of shit.

Anna Paquins character needs a bullet, the vampire is ridiculous, and the grandma talks like william shatner. I kept waiting for the bit where a horde of vampires came in and killed everyone, hopefully anna very slowly and painfully, but it never came. only good character is Tara, and even she is annoying at times.

so basically yeah, its shit and i won't be watching another one.

more episodes was not the answer. as it turns out, watching more of a show doesn't make it better. it just makes it longer.

sorry guys but its shit. undeniably and unbearably shit. they have invented a world where vampires are real and out in the open and still managed to make it incredibely boring.

and Oh My God is Anna Paquin both shit and annoying. When you are hoping that the main character dies immediately it cant bode well for the show overall. but to be fair, I cared for none of the characters and was not interested in hearing about their lives or what happens next in the story. because, if the first 6 episodes are enough to go by, nothing does. ever.

add to that the brother character who i think is supposed to be comic relief or something? the only relief i felt was when the camera wasn't on him or when he wasnt speaking.

and then......theres the accents. those gratingly horrific southern accents. every piece of dialogue was like barbed wire through my ears.

overall i thought the entire show, the cast, the story, the sets and location were the biggest pile of steaming horse shit I've ever had the misfortune to experience. in fact each on their own constitued a quite a significant piece of shit, but together they made a pile of shit of epic proportions. a pile of shit so tall it could black out the sun, leaving us all to die in its smelly, fly ridden shadow.

over hyped excrement imo.

i LOVE Amazing Race. Last night was Penang, a stop over in KL and then on to Singapore. it made me very happy seeing it all again

even the zip-lining in Sentosa, which we did. i lol'd at the dudes who walked all the way there, it was a major bitch to get up there. Full on hill in stupid heat = blah!

and Ping Ping was on! i had no idea he passed away til a mate told me, man he was one cool little dude.
