i had my reservations it but i gave it a crack. was just about to turn it off about 15mins into the first episode but sat thru it. (i should go back and re-watch that actually!). Once you get over the corny soap operaness of it you'll like it.

it gets pretty addictive. and the latest season they are really good at leaving you hanging. it's also brutally gory.

Mad Men.... watched the first two eps of season 1 last night...

dun get it, good acting, good setting (they pulled off the 50s NY vibe so well).. but, what's the point? nothing seams to be happening... does it get good? first two were zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

persist with it deviant. i'm completely sucked in. the characters get more and more complex as it progresses. up to episode 8 or 9 i think.

Just go the legit road and buy em.

Most seasons are $20-30 each at JB, buy 2 get one free - plus you get all the special features, no bad quality video files and the good feeling of not stealing it... ;)
