and now starting to watch Rubicon - looks like a great mystery series (came across it due to titles done by the awesome Imaginary Forces)

Well i am digging Sons of Anarchy infact my house mat eand i have smashed the first two seasons over say about the last 10 days. I am digging it so much that we have even set up our own bikie gang. Let me know if you need guns, women or drugs btw.

However i am finding a number of issues with the show:
- Jacks looks like Kurt Cobain. Whilst that might be nice for the ladies, he really doesn't look like a VP of a bikie club.
- They really need to get over the opening and closing motage. Really, i dont want to have 5 min intro and outro of some shit song with images of stuff.
- THey hang out way too much at the hospital. As in they go there 2 or 3 times an episode and WTF is with the hospitals church, does every one need to go there and hang out?
- I think they have pushed the relationship with the cops to a point where it is not believeable.
- They have so many gun fight and no one ever dies. You cant seriously be in gun fights where no one gets hurt.

Chris, it's a TV Show not a doco or based on a true story mate...but i'm definitely a SoA fan.

Actually, you're a bit wack.

- Jax is what they call a "nike bikie" - somebody who dresses in a more contemporary fashion than the traditional 'Hells Angel' style biker.
- The opening and closing montage doesn't happen every episode - just in those where there has been a significant event at the end of the previous episode, or if there was a significant event at the end of the ep that requires a little viewer reflection.
- They hang out way too much at the hospital a) because they're bikers and they're always scrapping b) one of the two female leads works at the hospital c) Jax had a newborn kid for most of the first two seasons.
- As for the cops... small town police force with limited budget and means and a flexible moral outlook relying on a relatively benevolent outlaw gang for a little protection... doesn't sound that unrealistic.
- There aren't actually that many gunfights in the show involving SAMCRO directly, and there have been plenty of characters that have died each season.

You can not be serious!

I really enjoy the show but it has a bit of work to do befor eit cant be a top notch show.

THink of the Sopranos, it has was produced in a lot more professional way and didn't have any of the issues noted above.

Anyway watched S3E1 last night OMFG!!!!!

you would love 9 By Design then Gnatty. New show on foxtel about a couple with 7 kids and they design million dollar houses. They re-did a busted down gun shop, a carpark lot, etc etc. They are constantly developing and moving from home to home with their 7 kids in toe. Mental! But they handle it pretty well, and they think outside the box heaps, even calling their kids random names like - Breaker, Major, Five (guess which number kid he was), Wolfgang (first kid nicknamed Wolfie), Holleder, Bellamy and Tallulah.

i just like what design stuff they think up, they really look at stuff from all over the shop and pull it together, and the places look amazing.

What a day of awesome TV downloads

Watched new Family Guy, The Cleveland Show, Simpsons, Boardwalk Empire, Mad Men and Eastbound & Down. Laziest day ever haha

New Family Guy was awesome! Hour long season premiere

New Eastbound & Down.. well it was alright. Next episode should be better though. Can't believe they've resorted to casting an oompa loompa! Cool to see Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite in another role though.

New Mad Men was great as always! Lots going on. Can't wait til next week!

New Boardwalk Empire was pretty damn good too. This show's gonna be a winner i think.
