^ spot on.

Fantastic finish to an otherwise uneventful game... tbh, I think the win had a bit to play in the quality of football shown. Richmond and Melbourne are certainly not the most skilled of teams, but even by their standards it was some ordinary football displayed.

A lot of close games over the past fortnight. Has made for good, edge-of-the-seat viewing.

I forgot to put my tips in.

Damnit.

Good for McMahon to live a childhood dream - how was his face as soon as he realised he'd kicked it.

good to see.

V close games which is fantastic in the leadup to the finals.

I dont understand your logic there Almax.
If they make the finals now they would have worked so hard to get there they might not have anything left for the finals. Won't have a second chance and will probably go out first round TBH.

Damn Demons - just looked like a bunch of school kids running around. I'm starting to worry about Bailey as a coach.

i reckon west coast tried to as well, but essendon just played so shit, so our pride got the better and we just started trying again... was looking forward to a good draft pick but really glad we won and proved we are a team with pride.

my logic is that its fucking unlikely that we will make the finals having to play St Kilda and Adelaide in the next 2 weeks, so if we can win those games, plus the other 2 we must be in form.
but yeah, very fucking unlikely, i hope St Kilda can take the flag if we can't.

So i played footy yesterday, i had a great time until i had a run down the wing and then got taken out by a dude and have now fucked my right knee. My other injuries include:
-Sore right ankle;
-Lump on my right wrist;
-Both hands are bruised with extra tension on my left thumb;
-Both thighs a sore; and
-My shoulders are fucked.

In all i can hardly walk but have extra respect for all fotty players that go out there every weekend.

Big Ups!

On another note, what a fucking shit round!

Geelong WTF are you doing? What the Fuck is going on. FUCK!!!

^ Wasn't that big of an upset I don't think.

Geelong where missing there backline & there midfield didn't play that well.Carlton had a good night (well not that good as Fev only kicked 4) but still enough to win the game from start to finish.

^ Cheeky Bugger.

I would expect something along those lines from a Collingwood supporter; I can only suggest going and buying one of those glittery gold jackets so you can attempt to fit in with the dregs of the AFL's supporter network.

:teef:
:teef:
:teef:

Upset of the round would have been West Coast over Bull Dogs.

WC was paying $10 on Friday night and they got up by 5 points.

Carlton was only paying $4.50

Blues for premiership.

nah come on Feigs, Carlton are playing really well but Geelong were the unstoppable power house. Its only been the last few weeks that they have come undone a bit, and there was always a chance they would be back with force. Also, they could be resting up for leading into the finals?

st kilda vs essendon's game...

fourth quarter footy making my heart race.

Riewoltd's choke was disappointing. Serious pwn4ge if the Saints came back from being down by 41 points. But to lose by 2 points is still a stellar effort.

Spewin I wasn't at the 'G' to watch the melee, I was at home yelling at the tv getting rowdy and spillin beer. Jake King is a hack. Enough said.

bring on finals footy.

Collingwood set many records during the 1929 season, including:

First team to remain undefeated through an entire home-and away season (never matched).
