terrible sleep. went to bed too early so was up and down all night cos my bod thort it was time to get up. result = tired now.

stupid routine following brain. try to do something good like go to bed early and you get punished and end up feeling shit.

hmmm......well if this is true then the opposite must also be true.....i should go to bed much much later then will feel awesome the next day!!!! Yes, that must be it, I can't see any possible downside or way that could backfire.
