Wicked to finally meet you too, amazing how many times we must have been in the same place over the last 4 years.

was fun while it lasted, but pretty tiring! something like 12 hours
heaps of people on the second year, lots of dancing
nice music i reckoned
I was referring to Saturday just gone. For what its worth I really enjoyed the orphans parties and appreciated being able to rock down after work for a few drinks and some tunes. Quality way to spend xmas with mates and meet new freaks. Good times. Cheers for your efforts bro.

it was mike? and co who got shafted i think (veggie bar kiwi crew)
they helped out with clean up and gear movements during my second party...
I got pissed off with the way people didn't clean up thier own mess...
its public space and people often fail to respect that. makes em seem like spoilt brats
While strictly not an orphan, im from the country used to work in Hospitality so getting down there during christmas can be hard sometimes.
So yeah, I went to one i think about 3 years ago now, only about 30-40 people there, was a nice day, though played some tuneage there that year and someone managed to steal my headphones (which i had borrowed from my housemate) so yeah, merry fucking Xmas
Havent been back since

i thought it was a Brazilian festival?
Close, Spanish. You would have loved it mate - heaps of nice looking ladies, plenty of awesome food. And yeah, probably even a few Brazilians...
you ate the food Direktor? i was always scared of it - but then again it was usually sweltering heat. i used to live next to the Indian restaurant across from the Tankers. they set the stage up right outside my front door one year. geez that was fun
still, my housemate and i did try come up with ideas to profit from said annoyance, such as selling beer. amusing times.
