mixes & tracks

Post by ukime » Sun Jan 16, 2005 5:28 pm

erm - there is the 'mixes' forum which is a really good idea ... but what about artists showcasing their newest tracks? not an actual mix? is it worth grouping them into the one forum, or should there be a 'tracks' forum as well?

There is already a forum for producers to post tracks in (as well as production discussion). It's the Production forum.

Winner, missed the last part of the description for some reason.

Just noticed a post in the General forum for mp3 links etc. It's all good.

if its one of your own. you have to have it as MP3 and hosted somewhere. MB doesnt host mixes..

then post the addy to it on here..

if its just one youve found on the net, post the addy on here!

do you have broadband? the best way i would suggest without having to go and purchase hosting is either www.yousendit.com (1 gig file limit, lasts about a week, i think its only 1gig traffic per link tho which is lame and the upload speed is slooooow)

or a torrent. now that is a bit more complicated. so i wont get into it unless you wanna know about it.
