Hey... just wondering who uses a DVS system out in clubs, or is thinking of doing so?
I may have a proposition for you.

My first trip in Europe (2006) I used mixvibes and a cheap midi controller via my Toshiba laptop.
This last trip I was based in Budapest and I was using ableton or serato (vci-300 & vfx1) depending on how much I wanted to chat to girls and drink - hehehe
In Berlin this year everybody was using ableton, same in Budapest. Rome was still mainly vinyl. Though some producers were doing sets with ableton or itch.
I have never had a problem at all, plugging into club system, except for the locals wondering WTF, I am doing - hehe.
My toshiba is full of memory and has a great amount of spare room on it. Not to mention it is dedicated to music, with only 4 programs on it that I have installed.
