Hahaha Spherix!!!! I'll go halves with you if you let me tie them both to the back of your car and make Amulday stand on them with a megaphone while we drive?
pod: Truths are the worst, even for a first set of monitors... I believe Factory Sound ended up selling them off for less than halfprice or something because they have zero quality control FS didnt want to deal with the complaints anymore. Better off saving your beans for a few more weeks and getting something half decent
i think if you gettem cheap, and ur only starting out or osmething they wouldnt be so bad but ir ur serious about monitoring i wouldnt gettem.......i think my old stereo produced better mixdowns than i would have on truths

I have Truths and they're excellent for first timers, especially for the price. Admittedly I've out grown them already (6 months), because they dont have the frequency response I'm after and can get a little muddy, but if you just getting the feel of using, and like properly using, studio montiors, they're fine for the dollar.
I got a pair of truths , I use em for djing and they sound good enough and go loud enough for me. While they are not perfect, they are very reasonably priced.
