After a busy night prior to arrival, we rocked up and caught Finna and Wasp tearing it up... the place looked simply amazing - and there was already a big, vibing crowd @ 12am.
Really dug Trooper's set, awesome tunes!
Only managed to hang around for 1.5hrs of Randall - but was very impressed. Got very loud in there around about then, and I thought my ears were going to explode! Couldn't hear ol' Waspy anymore either... I think Randall must have given the trims a workout!
Unbelievable gig though - so impressed, always am with BBA. The laser looked great too!
Awesome to catch up with so many people, and meet a few newies. Everyone seemed to be having a great night!
Ouch!
Now, i can only remember parts of the night, but that was farken large. Super size large! Big up to the BBA crew for all the hard work setting up 2 gigs, Melbourne and Adelaide. Now thats an effort. Bring on Jungle Run 4.
After a later arrival, weeks of hype and seeing the roll call - Jungle Run exceeded my expectations as an event. Props to the prop design that transformed the Hifi into a junglistic experience. Randall pumped some badness through the sound system, some how makng me enjoy tunes I wouldn't usually consider with any merit and threw down some wikkid tunes I didn't know at all.
Plenty of melburn head represented near the bar/ toiltes area.
Like everyone else has mentiond, greta party vibe and showed melbourne drum'n'bass a good time. Only gripe was th elack of bad ass tunes after Randal, wouyld of been nice to leave after a proper rinse out.
Cheers to the after party crew, some solid efforts put in on Sunday. Best way to spend a lazy weekend. Can't wait to do it all again.
The best way to cure a broken heart is to give the pieces away
That four to the floor piano vibe bit is complete madness.
Wasn't sure about Randall, he wasn't bad he was just OK. Would have liked a bit more of a progression through the years, which is what I was expecting. I don't know why I was expecting that maybe I just conviced myseld thats what it was going to be. Ha.
WHAT A PARTY!!!! that was just amazing thankyou all from BBA for putting it all together....
The place looked like a fuckin jungle....well done...
Everyone fuckin loved it......thankyou all...
Best night iv had out this year.....easy....
BBA DID IT AGAIN.....
bring on more Drum N Bass @ The HI FI best venue by far!!!
When is the next JUNGLE installment?
Best birthday weekend EVER. BBA rocked the house, the venue looked awesome, finally a crew has the insight to use the in house system, it may be older than I am but Meyer makes their shit SOLID and Yuval knows what he is doing. Solid night, thanks guys. You really restored my faith in promoters wanting to do parties the way they ought to be done. Kinda reminded me of the old Every Picture parties. Looks like the bar has been raised eh?

Massive respect for the attention to detail, effort, inspired creativity and positive vibes put into this party by the crew. The decor was supreme in this day and age.
Trooper's set was great. I thought Finna's was too. Wish I spent more time upstairs.
The ear splitting highs and high mids were the only pain in the ass of the night, Randall's set ruined the sound, I had to bail from the front a couple of times.
the afterparties were more than interesting and seemed to last forever.
there was a gorilla??? dam blurry tunnel vision, u shoulda seen the look the bouncer gave me.....too funny, "woah a lion take a photo pascal take the fuvkin photo"

vibez goin on inside..... Big ups to BBA boys once again for all the hard work - decor looked amazing. All sets were corkers - Really loved seeing Trooper back up on the decks, played some serious tunage

As much as this gig does not deserve any negative feedback - my ears were definately ringing, but that's prob my fault - I need to invest in earplugs coz I'm a grumpy old man!

Depends where you were standing I guess. Nothing on the volume of Robyn Chaos - that was insane - loved it all the same. Jungle Run was loud in certain areas, but I didn't stand round waiting to go deaf.

Yeah, fair call. I was just up, on the first riser from the dancefloor...
Brilliant gig,,,, supports stronger than Headliner Reckon its worth trying the ol Panic / Big Bamboo crews with techstep ????Punishing sound system for an ol geezer. Didnt have the legs for the whole night .
Yeah I had no probs with my ears, I tend to stay round near backish/middle area, let the people in front of me soak up some of the sounds hehehe, plus I never stood in one spot long enough, though it did get louder and louder through out Randall's set.

Intense.
Yeah what a mad party. I was gonna check out upstairs, but everytime I thought it was safe to head up there, I would be prevented by another wicked choon…
Some muppet stole my hoodie though...
