Seriously Gaz get a sharehouse, I have a friend who has some spare rooms at her place, she is a really nice dude and lets you hang out in her room which can be cool, nice lamps and shit.
The faces that are blacked out are her 'old' housmates, once again all nice dudes, the cat is still there though, which again is cool.
Thanks witty. Im ok now tho. Ive just accepted im going to live on the street for a while! it cant be worse than that, so if thats my standard, I cant go wrong.
Just got approved for the house we wanted. Northside here we come
We can start moving in on Friday, so I'll slowly start moving shit across untill we have to be outta here.
farken SIK, we don't have to look anymore
Oh Chicken!!!
Give your lady a huge hug from me and pat yourself on the back I'm so stoked to hear that you kids have a place.
Big the fuck up to that, hey!!
I wanted to be a hero. I wanted to be the center of attention. I wanted the glory, I wanted the fame. I wanted the pretty girls to come up and say, "Hi, I see that you're good at Centipede."
After spending weeks fighting with other seekers for a room, I responded to a couple on gumtree and now find myself in the strange situation where I've been offered three of the rooms in share houses I went for. Yay. Turns out beggars CAN be choosers.

hu. i think it cost us about $600 for door to door removals from tas to melbourne & including a months storage which i now see was a bargain. tas to mel is a lot further than faifield to south yarra imho.

One company wanted to charge $149 p/hour, which included driving from the depot in Fairfield to South Yarra and then from Brunswick back to Fairfield
fuck THAT
You need to find a samoan or maori removalist. we had one move us into our place and he was great! only charged us $60 or $80 per hour and none of this from the depot stuff. he even came back to next day to give us a hose for the washing machine because the one we had didn't fit!
Just because I rock, doesn't mean I'm made of stone.
http://www.melbourneexchange.com.au Have had some awesome housemates from that site.... Just watch out for the ads by Norther Suburbs Accommodation Service - - - - biggest bunch of RATS in the world
the flatmate finders one is pretty cool, especially the instant sms messaging aspect of it, means you can contact a bunch of people in one hit, a big time saver
Hey, looking for a flatmate or two!
One of my flatmates is going back to NZ and another is pursuing her ceramics career with an art studio.
It's in Thornbury st georges rd. on the 112 line, or 5 min walk to the epping line train station. 30 min to the the city. Big 4 bedroom house with a lovely fig tree in the backyard.
$340 a month bond the same, there's one big room and one smaller room going. A parking space (but not under cover). Sharing with me and Tim. PM me or call me on 0405186481 if interested. First rooms available 01/08 second rooms available 15/08.
Applied for a place in Ascot Vale, will know by Wednesday :fingerscrossed:
*What we did: printed off the application filled and ready - which the prop manager was impressed with
*Rocked up early as and were the first people to enter the place and the first name on top of the list of name and contact
*Introduced ourselves to the prop manager and made small talk
Now it's the nerve racking waiting game.
