Soul Mama in st kilda isn't too bad. nicer setting than most of the cafe kinda places mentioned in teh thread anyway.

used to live near shakahari and went a few times. quite good indeed forgot about that.
been meaning to try out tom phat for ages.

theres the dhal bar on st geroges rd now - all vege/vegan. i didnt think really highly of it, but others liked it. many vegan options and organic veges
