my lady walked into optus shop northlands cause her brand new 6500 has never worked outta the box - pimply faced 18 year old has nil customer service skills. Cant even get a hello how are you out.
Wont replace phone even tho its brand new, so you have to wait two weeks for optus to tell us what we already know - phones fucked.
Rang customer support on sunday, could not get through for twenty minutes, finally get through to be told oh no you cant lodge a complaint here you have rung the wrong number and no we cant put you through to the correct number you have to hang up and redial after waiting twenty minutes.
