The Big Up Thread
big ups to having a bike accident yesterday. It was the taxis fault so insurance will be simple and the bike needed a couple of things to be replaced anyway. Sure was kinda crap at the start but I'm ok now no cuts or bruises
The rubber plant was surprised. If the rubber plant could have spoken, it wouldn't have said anything. That's how surprised the rubber plant was.

Big Ups Curtains being installed this am, followed by ecological risk assessment of white mangrove stand in Spotswood (birdwatching for a few hours) and discovering a stand of Halosarcia!!
Surviving in Spotswood of all places!! Time to save that shizzinit.
Halosarcia Spp: nationally listed as being vulnerable to extinction, with state by state listings as vulnerable in South Australia, threatened in Victoria and poorly known in Western Australia.

Come, sit, play xbox.
Still no tv connection, and looking at the piles of shite showing at the moment, not likely in the future.

+1 and BU remembering to buy a new umbrella yesterdayJ Gal wrote:massive the BUS to rain!!!!! yay
Not so much BU, as just LOL: dudes who won't let you pass even when you are patently running/riding faster than they are. This has happened to me twice (once bike, once running) - they absolutely flog themselves to the point of a frustrated, whimpering "Faaaaaaaaaark" out loud. Dude, why?? Is a pisser when you finally pass, though
Of course the actually hot ones are fit and just go straight past . Needs more net
