My housemate got a Breadmaker for his birthday.
First batch of bread was ready this morning, wholemeal loaf.
Extra function can put, nuts, fruit and herbs into thebread at selected times.

Just click on which items you currently have in your fridge/pantry and they come up with recipes to match. Bloody brills IMO.
great idea but terribly executed. i ticked about 80% of the stuff listed (i keep a well stocked fridge / pantry
)
first suggestion was 'an apple on it's own' second was 'fried egg'

I couldn't finish my $50 steak at Rockpool last night. The wagyu was too intense! Rich flavours!!

there's some dodgy food-court Turkish place in melb central that does AWESOME falafel.
I'm going to buy a blender and then try to make falafel at home.... Most recipes I've found look pretty crap, I reckon it's going ot be a trial an error deal.

sydney rd turkish places are crapola.... apparently the new(ish) one on chapel street is meant to be good... the one at the wharf is a frikkin joke for the menu.... arghhh its very frustrating... honestly, ur better off going to Jims Tavern...
food safari was better for the scenery than the food
sorry to be neg
but thats how i roll on this topic after 25 years of eating in melbz... meet me on the Bosphorus on 2 Dec for the real safari!!!
