Watch the posted video on YouTube.

I thought Spore wasn't out till the 7th?

Heres my "must buy/play" list for the next few months. This is NOT FAIR.

PC:
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky (Sept 5)
Spore (Sep 7)
Crysis Warhead (Sep 16)
Dead Space (Oct 21)
Far Cry 2 (Oct 21)
Fallout 3 (Oct 28)
Red Alert 3 (Oct 28)

Xbox
Force Unleashed (Sept 16)
Fable 2 (Oct 21)
Tom Clancy's Endwar (Nov 4)
Gears of War 2 (Nov 7)

Fucks sake. I love being spoiled for choice but space it out over 6 months guys.

It seems the stores in the city have sold out. So unless you pre-ordered you may have to wait.
Or so I've been told by peeps from work who tried to pick up a copy at lunch time.

Spore... kinda disappointing. Very much 5 different seperate games mashed together. Won't return it as it's still quite interesting to play but yeah... the implementation feels off.

I agree - and the first 3 are rather repetitive...

yeah started playing Spore last night.

not bad. kinda fun style of game, but yeah pretty basic game play. Lots of mouse clicking.

Could be quite good once you get to the later stages of the game and and have to unite the planet and move on to new planets to take over.

First 4 stages are simplistic and repetitive, but are quite short. Last stage is where the meat of the game is.
The game has been cut back so much since it was started. Pretty disappointing to be honest.

One of the guys at work picked this up from the UK and has been playing it non-stop.

Apparently it is better than GH.

You must be talking about Rock Band. We have that here at work. It's fun, but the guitar parts aren't as good.
The best thing Rock Band has going for it is its track list.

Fallout 3 Will Not Feature Real Drugs
Australia's drug usage alterations will carry over to all territories.

US, September 10, 2008 - Bethesda Softworks has taken drug usage out of Fallout 3. This is for all territories, not just Australia. Originally, Fallout featured in-game morphine that gave characters health bonuses, but Bethesda decided to remove any ties to real world drugs after Australia's Office of Film and Literature Classification refused to classify the game with an age rating. This essentially banned the sale of the game in the entire country.

In response, Bethesda made alterations to the drug usage. While you can still "use" drugs in the game, the actual usage of it is not shown. This allowed Australia's OFLC to reclassify Fallout 3 with a Mature Audiences 15+ age rating.
