Re: Gripe thread
Of course you have a lot of pride in what you do you never shut the fuck up about it - that was my point you fucking imbecile. Most people stopped caring about it when they realised you were a complete and utter psycho.and by the way, i have a lot of pride in what i do, and i dont expect a stapler seller to grasp the finer points of marketing and promoting small mom and pop buisnesses, but i can tell you i certainly dont take every drunk punter that abuses security PERSONALLY, or id be a VERY negative, unhappy, bitchy camper, who would probably post it in the gripe thread cos ive got nothing better to whinge about at that second in time.
Then thanks for your half page of a reply (and the original question).ruin my day?
mecka, i dont give a shit what you think of me, never have, never will.
you hated me before we met for 'speaking in the third person about herself on the internets' ...............
which I know in hindsight is a really down low and dirty thing for me to have done, and i cant believe i ever thought id make friends and not arch enemies calling myself 'kitty'......
so no, you didnt ruin my day dude, actually thanks for the mornin
I did all those things today! It was fun.so give yourself a pep talk in the mirror about how you can really 'clean the streets of scum', don your nice blue shirt, and go out there and get those naughty kids! cos you've got staplers to sell dammit! and pride to deal with...
kitty signing off....

Re: Gripe thread
I know, the fires are only 5kms from our house. There was ash falling from the sky. ITs pretty scary tbh. There are 50 houses that have burnt down, petrol station has blown up and the schweppes centre has burnt down. freaky shitShifty-Sly wrote:All my family is in Bendigo and its on FIRE!!!!!

No pics to take, unfortunately . It just got dark and started pissing with rain. Then the giant hail started. Here, it was only golf ball sized, but apparently further south it was the size of tennis balls . Dunno what happened when it was closer, as we were all in the basement. Woo. Can has big scary lightning at the moment though.

Re: Gripe thread
fuckin lost my friends car keys which had an immobiliser remote on them, she came round with a spare key and we read the manual, found out we could disable the immobiliser and still drive the car. So then she ring around today to look for a new remote and apparently it needs a whole new immobiliser which will cost about $2,000! Why the hell wasnt this in the manual!

Re: Gripe thread
you should be able to get a new key from the manufacturer, what sort of car is it?
my key has an immobiliser in it and so did the last car I had. The spare key should have a small metal tag attached to it with a serial number, this is for the immobiliser so they can replace the key
never heard of anyone having to replace the whole thing coz they lost a key

Re: Gripe thread
I would of had to replace the whole thing in my Skyline if I lost my immobiliser... I enquired cos the plastic part that linked to my keyring had broken off and I almost lost it once. The reason I would have to replace the whole immobiliser unit in my car was becasue the manufacturer no longer existed, and they are the only ones that could cost effectively replace just the key tag. No more manufacturer meant, brand new immobiliser unit if I lost my key tag.breaksRbest wrote:you should be able to get a new key from the manufacturer, what sort of car is it?
