Blazin @ Lounge
...a premonition for the final Blazin rinse of 2004....
1000 FMF vs Fents
Bringin the Jazz Club flavours early on these Blazin residents know how to fill the room with vibes, cleanse the pallet before a massive rinse and get the party started proppa!
1130 Dust vs Seven
Melbourne's favorite dnb twosome, both Seven and Dust have been impressing dnb audiences for years now in their own right now. This set is sure to be quality from go to wo and of course we will find out who really drops the tastiest tunes in this relationship.
1230 Fickuss vs Keir
A set of things to come... Fickuss takes on possibly the brightest prospect to come out of Melbourne dnb in the past year DJ Keir. This cheeky biyatch, responsible for the recent 'Automate' mix, knows how to rock the floor and keep it rolling. With big plans for '05 the Forward Focus and Blazin head honcho's will be taking no prisoners and will have you calling for the Lightaaaa!
0200 Ruxspin vs Skam
Two of Melbourne's most revered, experienced campaigners take it head to head on the floor slammin duties. Watch the mix with these fellas behind the decks, you won't know whats coming from either direction, and may be forced into an uncontrollable dancing frenzy; badbwoy tunes and skills that every DJ would kill for, if you aren't psyched for this jump up showdown then you probably haven't lived yet.
0400 Fletch vs Lex
The Lexecutioner and badman Fletch are here to show you just how deep the rabbit hole goes. Hold on tight and prepare to face the ultimate in darkness! Fear is not a word that should be used lightly but fuck these DJ's from the underworld know how to take your brain, rearrange it and then make you plead for more. The word fear is appropriate here, and the music that shall be sent forth could instill fear into even the most experienced UK dnb dons. Watch out.... Two of the baddest men on the planet have landed and there may be no survivors from this onslaught.
0600 Mayhem til close
The aftermath may be ugly but we sure won't let up until the last man falls... the last big rinse for 2004 will end in a b2b2b battle til the last. We hope you all have a fantastic NYE and return replenished for Blazin 2005. We will still be running last Thursday of every month... teaming up with the Liquid Rapid for our January session and going from strength to strength from there, continuing to build a stronger local scene and providing a voice for Melbourne drum n' bass.
