Awesome sets by Doc Scott and Marcus Intalex.

But I now know why so many people in Melbourne dislike MCs...

My friends who normally don't go to dnb shows just thought they were randoms who jumped up on the stage

Apologies if those guys frequent the boards, but they weren't very good.

Marcus Intalex and Doc Scott were fantastic. Quality. As were Dust and Seven. Left when Concord Dawn started. MCs sucked balls, but what's new.

I was so disappointed with last night. We waited all night for Concord Dawn and then when they did come on the MC still wouldn't get off the stage I couldn't believe it!! Did anyone notice that everyone left during their set!? I wonder why?! It made my ears bleed. I have seen Concord Dawn previously several times back home, for much less than $45.
And how can you appreciate fine kiwi DnB when a kid is yelling through a muffled mic, out of sync and out of tune. Leave the wiggas back in NZ.

awesome night jerry as always, bigups to you man.. really enjoyed kiat's set at the end.. BADBOY DJ. we need to see more of the singapore flayva! it seemed as if matty concord was redlining the mixer HARD when he came on, and it was distorted, yet tolerable due to the monster tunes. intalex and scott sounding sooooo clean. really didnt like the b2b thing though, should have been announced beforehand if it was gonna happen. many a person was confused..
i enjoyed the mc's most of the time, especially deziak & sed... but all night is a complete joke. and seeing cypher chasing the other mcs round the stage trying to get a mic was WTF!
bar staff were excellent, as were security...

more collabs like that please. big ups operatives and funktion crews. :smt003

Why was Marcus Intalex in btb set with annoying non-stop mc's?
Waste of a chance to really hear him play.
Pity because I was really up for this one and so was the system.

Doc Scott and Marcus decided to play back to back on the night, so it couldn't have been announced earlier i'm afraid.

I thought they absolutely killed it and i dug the b2b thing. It was great to get a bit of variety in there. SO many great tunes.

Bigup Jerry for a great, diverse night of music!

Thanks once again all who made it down... scotty and marcus had some serious tunes in there, felt at home... heh, old man. in fact everyone killed it. Biggups to Kiat and all the singapore crew, Matty concord, MCs, Hooves, Dan, Joe, the upstairs crew who i had to can due to the impossibility of actually using the room, amy n spins morning after, special thanks to Nam and Dust, and once again the Massive!!! Till next time.
