Biggin' up myself today. Quit smoking pot...again. It's been 4 long days and although that don't sound like much, when you're a 24/7 smoker it's a big deal.

Big downs to the lack of sleep, frothy mouth (no more drys), anxiety, psychotic behaviour (baaaad), paranoia, depression, inability to deal with stress and the usual coming down stuff.

I will endure.

many thanks to my favourite mb.c gentlemen :smt003 . Onward and upward as they say.

Sleeping pill at the ready
herbal tea with sage (for cool and often prophetic dreaming), chamomile (to send me off to la la land), st johns wort (eases depression and soothes for sleep) and some lemon balm flakes (for the cough)

and if all that fails I also have access to some Tanquerary No.10. Tonight I be going down the sleepy road in style my friends

im in the same boat mix, except im 2 weeks into it. no where near as hard as i rememberd it to be and you know ive been smoking 24/7 since i was 15 or 16 with just a few breaks in between. Its all about having your head in the right space. Dont think about it too much, keep yourself occupied. Only help i needed is a couple of beers after work to relax then half a tamaze to get to sleep and i trained myself to do it in 3 nights. Smoking cigs also helps as youd still crave nicotine. One vice at a time. Dreams are running red hot tho! used to them now.

we are going to Malayasia in 3 weeks and i could not be more excited about going over and not having to worry about the monkey on my back. So excited.

someone told me something funny the other day.
that apparently mc donalds can stop war.

apparently, any country that has a mc donalds in it, has NEVER gone to war with another country with a mc donalds.

however, i think this was pre balkan war stats, so perhaps its no longer smackas on the roads to world peace.

?

glad your feeling better babes, if its any consolation , i kinda wish i was over there right now!

Thanks Fents, that was amazing beer, Taz is much more of a beer fiend than me and she is certain that was the best beer she'd ever consumed, and she was straight as! Not like her husband.....more like what we rolled!

We had a wicked night out in Watsie, hope you guys have a great time in Malaysia and we look forward to seeing the pics and seeing you guys next time we are in town.

Thanks to the other MB crew for helping me have such a wicked time packed into one weekend, esp Ulyssian, Will and J-Rod.

Big fat congratulations to you and your family Fenton :smt003 How cool to be the person a child is named after...middle name, first name, it don't matter. What an honour

Adro and I are going to hit the road to Bendigo on Saturday morning PC, we gonna get it right this time dammit :smt002

big up to my feeling the fabulous effects of being pot free and exercising more. The serious rages are ebbing away. Although I still get agitated super quick, I'm calming down a lot faster which is lovely. I haven't gained any pounds yet but I can jog for a whole kilometre without dying. Haven't done that since high school almost 15 years ago. And I'm developing muscles. YAY for muscles :D

Next, the cigs

The Dior show was awesomeness :D . Had to wait in line for about an hour and a half but it was well worth it. Even the line was ok cause everyone was in a good mood and the sun was shining. Was disappointed that we couldn't take photo's though, my memory's just not that good. Also a bit put off by the way they set up some of the exhibits cause the halogens on the outside reflected on the glass in such a way they blurred the lines and textures. Could have had some soft lighting inside the glass and no lights outside, that would have worked better.

But oh my, I wish I was born in 1930 so I could wear those things in the 50's. So well cut, so refined, so elegant. Loved Princess Margaret's 18th birthday dress, all blue and draped and just divine. Also a red one that Lady someone or other wore. Couldn't get too close to the glasd cause there were so many short people trying to see them lol - had troule getting to the descriptions.

And I want one of those video's they were running of the old runway shows. I could watch that shit all day going ooohh, aaaahh...

Stayed in Bendigo all day, was really a lovely time :smt003 Thanks Adrian for giving me the whole day to do everything I wanted :smt007

Big up to new possibilities. Trying to be happy about this is the only way to get over the stupidest decision I've ever seen in real life.
