Lease Break
Lease Break
hello, some of you will know about my hardship endured by a noisy neighbour in our apartment block.
she initiated a mediation session through dept. of justice, we accepted then she declined!!! final straws
so what rights do i have as i am not having ‘quiet enjoyment’ of the property and being forced to move
all advice welcome

Re: Lease Break
AFAIK the processes exist to deal with her through the owners corporations legislation, regardless of whether she is owner or not. but the processes aren't a walk in the park either.
