**** PARADISE IN BALI VENUE CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT ****

Jungle Box would like to advise attendees to Paradise in Bali 2010 of a venue change. The event is now going to be held at DOUBLE SIX in central SEMINYAK.

This decision did not come lightly and is based solely on the health and safety of Paradise attendees. Put simply, heavy rains threaten to affect the production of the event. Although every precaution to date has been taken, Jungle Box are not satisfied that the health and safety of all is guaranteed. Due to these facts, Jungle Box has decided to move the event to a venue where your safety can be guaranteed and you are protected from the natural elements.

We understand that this may come as disappointing news to some. However, the show must go on! The venue relocation to DOUBLE SIX brings a whole new Paradise beach vibe that includes many more benefits than previously. With this change also comes new starting and finishing times. Opening times for both days will be 9pm, with the venue closing at 6am.

Artists will be playing across 2 massive arenas and should rain threaten, attendees will be protected from the elements as well as being able to enjoy the comfort of air conditioning. DOUBLE SIX is located in the heart of Seminyak, Bali’s famous entertainment precinct, and is within walking distance of a number of popular hotels. The venue sits right on the beach front and has an array of local vendors providing your every need.

All artists will be performing, the only exception being Wrec MC who is regrettably unable to travel to Bali due to a severe ear infection. However, we are pleased to announce that lady of the mic, DEEIZM (http://www.myspace.com/deeizmmc) has been added to the line up as a replacement.

For something special and as an exclusive to Paradise attendees, Jungle Box have organised to have the famous DOUBLE SIX BUNGEE JUMPING during the event. Further information will be available at the venue. Additionally, you will be able to catch a glimpse of the AJ Hackett team performing stunts on motorbikes and BMX off the bunjee tower!

Another benefit of DOUBLE SIX is that drink prices are significantly cheaper than the previous venue.

We trust that this last minute venue change is received with your understanding. Your safety is in our hands and we want to provide the safest environment for you to have a truly unforgettable Paradise experience.

Kinda sux that venue has been changed but all in all whomever is going is still getting a getaway to bali and listen to some music and have fun.
Uly was stuck in Darwin I think she's gotten out now.

I'm the kind of idiot who would get drunk as a skunk and would go "fuck yeah bungee jumping that's awesome!"

If the club is big enough to fit all the people who were gonna be going to the open air thing it's prob a pretty sweet club.

Today, Jungle Box were informed that due to a personal family crisis as well as issues with visas and immigration, Black Sun Empire are no longer able to come to Bali and perform at Paradise. We understand that this is disappointing news, however the situation was out of our control and we felt it imperative to inform you as soon as we received the news. After the first massive pre-party last night, artists continue to touch down and join us for what will be a big couple of days of drum and bass in Paradise. We look forward to seeing you there!

party was still off the farking chain! ragga twins with utah jazz was sum of the best shit i seen in longtime, and deeizm is one hot MC. All the other acts were pretty deace, and the to a big arse pool in the middle of the party with people bungeein over was an experience too.
Was a bit gutted wen i found out about venue change but at least it still went through and gave us more time in the day to do other stuff and get boozed at the beach which was out front.
Personally reckon they would have lost $$ if anything, and they had 2 pre partys and 2 after partys so was a week long basically.
Shame about the smaller numbers but so fucking glad we made it, nice work to the jungle box

also, shame nobody got ragga twins to melbs coz they are the fucking bizniss

ok.... maybe i remember a bit of ragga twins and utah jazz which was one of the best things i have witnessed... bad bad sweaty men!!
um, i also got charged 50000 IDR to get my singlet back from the bitch janitor bitch in the toilets :/ *cunt*

location was pretty good, ended up being a 10 min stroll down the beach from our resort.
bungy jump into the pool was pretty fun... pool was great.... more venues with pools please... especially in that frigging heat...
dancing barefoot is a bad idea but seems really clever when too many long island iced teas are consumed!

Mbargo pre party one was hot and fun.. good to meet a few peeps..
SOS therapy party was in a great location.. only gripe was having to bring your paradise ticket or pay 100000IDR which was a bit rough oh and it was too much liquid and a bit boring musically.
Mad thunderstorm rolled over a club with glass roof and it was just delightful.

I touched Die!!!!!!! I now remember Shockone a little bit.... dubstep?!
Deeizm is awesomeeeeeee..................... some of the local MC (aus) needed a stabbing.
(too much time in pool)

After party back at Mbargo was probably the best thing... was a fun... stomp out night with Ragga Twins and Utah Jazz absolutely giving us all they had along with Deeizm....

Good fun.. spewing about BSE (and then getting told TC was coming.. which he didn't ) :/ (v-sad).

Jetstar were good considering my first night of Bali was spent in Darwin!!!!
