SVEN VATH

A veteran of over 20 years experience, Germany’s King of Techno, Sven Vath, is a cult-figure within the world’s pulsating electronic music underground. As one of the genuine driving forces behind modern electronic music, his seminal albums (including ‘Accident in Paradise' and ‘The Harlequin, The Robot, & The Ballet Dancer’) literally paved the way for contemporary Techno, while his Cocoon record label, events and parties are undisputed marks of uber-cool chic and premium quality worldwide. Renowned for delivering marathon sets and engaging the crowd with his off-the-wall antics, Sven is an inimitable force who continues to break musical ground and reshape EDM as we know it

GUIDO SCHNEIDER

Guido Schneider has been producing electronic music since the early 90's. Strongly influenced by "EBM" he started his first project with a friend in 1991 with releases on SPV. In 1995 he founded his own label "Neue Welten" based in Celle, Germany. In 1996 he moved to Berlin where he began to fully focus on music. His productions and co-productions (e.g. as "Schneider & Radecki" with Sammy Dee) always sounded sort of minimal, but were also exceptionally functional as he dared to stick his head out of his soundlab at an early stage. This together with the expreriences from various live performances helped to perfect his tracks.

After this long period of remix-productions, in September "Earthbrowsers", his first solo EP in a while was released on Jay Haze's Tuning Spork, rotating in clubs around the world with the extremely funky, pounding and atmospheric tracks. Returning a favour to his friend Toxic, Guido then contributed a remix to Five T.'s "Graale", to be released on berlin's Freizeitglauben label.

Recently, Guido joined forces with his old friend Sammy Dee (Pantytec) again, with whom he had worked years ago as Schneider & Radecki. The result of this reunion was the Clubcharts and Dancefloors ruling Poker Flat 12" "Styleways" (pfr63), which also was licensed to Richie Hawtin's "Transitions" album (Mute). Under the moniker "Motoguzzi", Guido also remixed Easy Woman, actually a remix since it's based on a track remixed by Musik Krauses' Robag Wruhme. This one was released on the first compilation of Berlin's legendary Berghain Club (Ex-Ostgut), mixed and compiled by his friend André Galuzzi. 2006 will also see his first remix on Richie Hawtin's Minus label, remixing Plastikman himself on the "Panikattack" 12". As a DJ and producer of international demand, Guido Schneider currently tours top clubs around the world. The new album "Focus On: Guido Schneider" features the next milestone in Guido's career. It includes some of his best released tracks and mixes as well as his brand new songs and gives an exciting overview of his capabilities

At the beginning of the 90's he began a mini club night with some friends which gave his Dj career a real push.

He was booked more and more for after-hours and parties until the larger clubs began to notice him. His reputation as an untiring, precise and emotional DJ soon brought him residencies at two of the cities most important clubs which have characterized Berlin as being the Technocity No 1worldwide: The Tresor and the E-Werk.

TOM CLARK

Tom Clark is an original native of the city that is sometimes too often referred to as the capital of techno, Berlin. Unimpressed by the hype, Tom's label Highgrade is not only an integral part of Berlin's success story but also stands for the fresh and new sound of the city.

Tom's own releases and DJ sets have been detonating on the dance floors of the city and the rest of the world for a decade now.

Tom's passion for music began at an early age when he used to play a mix of Hip Hop, Disco, NDW and Rock on Cassette Recorders and one turntable at school parties. His class mates loved it, and so he became a DJ. He soon refined his taste in music: Black Music, Hip Hop, Chicago house and of course those amazing first Detroit records defined his style.
