Hi,
Im real keen to start dj'ing but have no idea where to get good second hand decks from.
any suggestions?

iv got 2 x 1200's i dont use
perfect condition and have boxes as well

however I'm really looking forward to being reunited with my 1200s in Melbourne and setting up serato and doing some more on the fly mixes.

then i realised i would have to spend $600 to make mp3's go around in circles on a turntabvle
seems like something from 1978 TBH

'oh yeh bro u get ur mp3 - then you buy a laptop - then you get your expensive turntables and put a fake bit of vinyl on them - ok still with me - after that you buy some software - oh yeah and another soundcard especially for the software - then you press the sync button and the key detect button - stand back - rave - but don't rave too far away or a pikey will nick your laptop'

As much as I love Serato using a 1200 as essentially a mechanical pitch controller is the most ridiculous thing ever.
