ATP:
A self confessed science nerd, ATP (Dave Shearer) takes his name from a molecule found in the human body called Adenosine Tri-Phosphate. However, it’s the science of music that he would have you remember him for, especially his own brand of deeper
jazz influenced drum’n’bass.
LTJ Bukem was the first drum’n’bass he heard and the legendary figure continues to be an important figure. Becoming hooked after borrowing a Bukem CD,
ATP’s interest in drum’n’bass started in 97-98. After doing the rounds in the local Melbourne jazz scene, playing sax, ATP sought
to make more of his experience with drum’n’bass through DJing and eventually production.
Before starting to DJ around Melbourne, he started radio show “Nu Soul” on bassdrive.com. ATP’s smooth musical stylings have been snapped up with tunes on a variety of labels including Influenza Media, BIOS, Fokuz, Rubik and the mighty “Good Looking Records”.
He also now makes up part of Vibration Records executive after releasing his debut LP “Energy Currency” with the UK based label in December 2009. With heavy support from the major DnB players, ATP is one to keep an eye on.

DEALL:
Tyler Deall began mixing records in 2001 and since than has played countless club nights and international support gigs in New Zealand and Australia.
Making music has always been his passion and has regularly featured his own beats in major dancefloor sets over the years.
2012 is shaping up to be a big year for Deall as he is now being recognised as a versatile producer with unique skills both in the studio and behind the decks.
With Playdough and Dub Reality being officially released on Dudpride Recordings at the start of August both tunes are in the top 10 sales charts on Juno records! Keep your eye out for more releases coming soon from the one they call Deall!!
