aLive - Return to the Sonic Garden 2pm October 1st

Post by LukeMcD »

Yep its all systems go again for another DAY
time live extravaganza!

aLive was a hit with everyone from the local
stray dog down to someone’s baby and we are
opening the invite to all of them again and
anyone else who missed the first installment to
come play with us on October 1st.

So the badminton set had been repaired, the
totem tennis has been ditched (farkin thing
lasted half an hour)

This time round we have 100% original anarchy
with 4 live acts and the Lukes DJ'ing other
peoples (and their own) original tracks, so
expect nothing but fresh sounds for your ears.

To add spice to this already tasty treat it’s
Luke McD’s 30th Birthday celebration so brace
yourself for an all out shin dig of totally
unseen proportion.

Flier on the way !!!

Live Line up:

Pat Stormont

Timothy Allan

Enclave

Klassik

Luke McD and Luko playing original local tunes
between the acts.

We dont evcen need decks, how live is that ???

How good ????
And only $5 again.
How do we do it?
We support Melbourne's producers, and they suport us!
Thanks.

international travel plans are sooooo inconvenient (not)

Free to those that can afford it, very expensive to those that can't.

Onya witty'.

It's such a great vibe sitting in the beer garden, sinking a few beverages and hanging out with friends, whilst being graced with some of the freshest sounds coming out of the collective bedrooms of melbourne.

And you have the option of getting a full night sleep afterwards (although I'm doubting I'll take that option this time 'round ;))

I'd describe what I look like for you to come up and say hi, but I'm pretty non-descript so I'll just leave it to chance.

cool:)

KL will be playing a longer set next party as well, it was a bit of a muddle up with him moving house

he is however exactly what we are after, he's keen enough to bring gear this time too, so he and the rest of the boys can all midi up and go spastic together - should make for a bit of a site, providing we can get enough table space out there - which we will ..hehe

really shaping up to be a fun - knees up - tits out day :D

Excellent. I know Midget Fidget has been known to throw in a broken beat or two into his set, but some more breaks would be sweet, and some DnB would make it complete.

We have a DnB producer in our sights, and no prizes for guessing who is at the top of the Melbourne DnB production scene!

Go Motive .
Come on boy, switch over to the session veiw and give us a live set.
