I think what MJ would have been after was to be able to post his promo thread in other states like he can Melbourne, instead it is now ruined for everyone and no one can post in the Melbourne forums either. Not sure on the details.

I hold nothing against ITM, served us well. But i do like it here, it feels more like our own lounge room rather than a public car park.

i need breakfast. there are too many questions to face today.... can i finish rewriting the document in time? (well not if i hang out here) do i really want to work in the US when the boss might be a dickhead? (ooooh but it will look so good on the CV, but the work load might kill me! aaaaargh) what shall I drink on the weekend? vodka, beer, champs,... ? :D

time for breakfast!

Nice one, I'm from Perth, you'll have a very relaxing time, the beaches are some of the best in the world, if you travel a little while your over there, go down south to Dounsborough, near Margret River, is soooooooooo nice.

So ITM changed it's tune.

Does that mean it's time to turn the lights out and go back to where we all came from?

NO!! The best thing to come out of this is this site. Great job, and lets all keep it going. Show those Sydney folk how it's done!!

As I said before, this is like having our own private estate, rather than trespassing of Crown Land.

Actually, I have grand plans for this place now. Consider Melbourne Beats here to stay. =)

I am seriously impressed with the way ITM has now handled the situation, if only corportations and goverments would listen and react in this fashion...

HOWEVER... I much prefer no flash for work reasons and like have our own little piece of cyberspace anyways...

Me too.

Nothing screams "productivity problem" like a bright pink flashing banner ad saying "motherfuckergonnadropthepressure".

The people have spoken...and HQ has listened...a good compromise all round.

I would also like to add that a certain mod from ITM (non Melbs) has seriously gone down in my estimation following his sarcastic and pompous replies in the guidelines thread....

Posted: Thu Nov 25, 2004 4:55 pm

^^^ The thing is to start with (and what pissed me off) was that there was no discussion, they said this is it, all that was asked for was a discussion and not a closed door.

but all good now..

I still like it here tho... :P

I drank so much Polish vodka last night. we didn't have shot glasses so I used a measuring cup.

apparently 1/2 a cup equates to 125ml

:paraletic:

I had souffle and a Red Bull for breakfast

we will miss you this weekend SQ! :( YOu make sure you have a good time tho in that strange city perched on the edge of the country and stuck 20 yrs behind time. Fancy having all the shops closed on Sundays! & putting the train line in the middle of the highway so ppl say "ah fuck it, why get out of the car when i can keep driving". Loons I say! L O O N S.

Pumpkin pie is strangely yum. You'd think it would taste dodgy, but its not.

BrB - where are the vitamins in your breaky young man!? :O
