The place looked great and heaps of people I've never seen at a dnb gig before.

Good to see some of the Byron NYE crew there, including Rodrigo whose house I stayed at.

Finna puts in the effort. And Mrs Finna looked terrific.

Yeah it was a good night!
Love all sets.
And I have now successfully converted my younger bro and his crew
into drum n bass Mahararharhar....they had a ball!

Big ups BBA!

Was nice to have caught up with peeps that I hadn't seen in a while too!
Also nice to have met you ms ulyssian :) & mr DBoy!

Oh boy oh boy oh boy, what a ripper fun night, thanks BBA :smt041

I'd say 99% of the people I spoke to were super friendly, and got to meet heaps of new peeps too. Had such great times chatting with everyone, so many smiling faces and happy people. :smt040

And the tunes...w00t, fucking bass lines coming left and right, Deadline was such a trip back in time 8) I wish I could recognise the tunes so I could go fucking buy them, the bass biffo'd me all over the place!! Haven't had a bass-beating like that in a while...stopped some conversations dead "whoa, listen to that!"

Big big love and ruhspekt to Dust, Quick, Cath, Ulyssian, CJ, Tas, Kallous, D, Cal, Fnkypws :smt049, and Simmo. Massive big ups to Paranoid Edge. Just like old times sweetie, I'm so glad we can still party like that every now and again

And now the recovery begins :smt119 :shaking: :sad4: :sleepy2:  :hahaha:

Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

Well, well well! That was fun!
Ms Mixtress, I owe you!! You are just an angel... I'm serious! thanks for the intros too. Kronz, thanks also for the intros... It's rather funny meeting people in real life?!
Good to see the usual sticklers there, but yeah, some new peeps & even customers from my night work !
Very rare would you go to a place where a) a punter finds your phone and searches through the crowd to find you (by the pic on your phone) to give it back (THAT was my customer).... and b) someone finds your mates wallet and hands it to the bar with cash and goodies all still inside!
Unfortunately I am crap with phones but I have had them retrned every single time I head out to a DnB gig! See, now that's a good vibe!
Hi Fi... looked awesome, I stood there just looking at all the effort put in and it was fabulous boys! Although you were a bit rough taking it down
!
As I said to one guy... It's Quality not Quantity!!! Unfortunately, there weren't as many heads there, but the ones there made it a night to remember! And Hi Fi wasn't 100 degrees, and dancespace was great! According to my photos... My memory appears to have failed slightly!
Hey Fents... you know Caroline? Tell her she rocks & her aussie slang was funny (if she recalls).
Bring on this Saturday!!!

maybe the caroline from england staying with us??

we all had an excellent night on friday night, tunes were wicked and the hi fi looked great.

shame about the numbers, because i don't think that BBA did anything wrong in terms of promotion and all their previousparties have all been wicked. i think it was a combination of a flow on effect from some less than super dnb parties at the hi fi this year and the general malaise with the dnb scene at the moment. very sad though.

matrix and futurebound were bloody nice guys too, we had a good yarn with them after their sets and they put a lot of effort into their mixing and their tunes especially were wicked. so nice not to have an MC - bloody big big ups for that.

I thought it was one of the best nights i have been to all year and big thanks to dan and the BBA crew for putting on another great party.

WAs nice to walk in very very late and hear the Finna styles ripping it up. Finally got the dance I had been wanting all night.

Great to catch up with some crew to and meet some new heads D, Kallous :)

Got to say the decor was fuking cool! a little effort goes such a long way to creating atmosphere.

I agree with all of the above. It was another really well run party by BBA and a damn shame that it wasn't busier. Maybe Matrix just doesn't pull the numbers anymore, particularly in the current Melbourne d'n'b climate.

I still had a great time and was really rather drunk.

Caroline from England... that's the one.. (soz Fents, your name was thrown up in the conversation)

First off, massive big ups to dan for the tickets. I love your work mate dropping them into work for me. The place looked great as per usual when it comes to a BBA gig, nice work.

I'd have to say that my props goes out to Futurebound, i thought he smashed it.

Big Ups to the people that rocked down, pitty there wasn't more there. oh well, yous cunts are fucked n that, go start some threads n shit :teef:
