oh cool theres a gym there.
me and my gf have been looking for one, we recently moved to 'northcote' (basically thornbury) close to Ceres.
we're parallel to/5min ride from northcote plaza so thats good to know. pay per session is good too, hate big monthly fees and they make you feel obliged to go or you're wasting your money...

yeah its pretty low fi, there isnt loads of equipment, but a big weights room and a few treadmills, and classes most days and evenings.. kind of annoying that the first class is @ 9:30am, bit late in my mind!

but its one of the lest pretentious gyms ive been to, which is a win.
its right on high st down a bit from separation...

I go to Fitness Land, near crn Grange & Darebin Rds. I've been there for >2 years I like it so much. Lovely trainers and good equipment. Its got a bit of a family vibe, with all ages working out. Nice to see the grandmas and tubby kids there instead of Arnie-style muscle men :D

Monthly FTW.

I only pay $30 per fortnight... and the obligation to go because I've paid is a good motivational tool.

If I was paying per session it'd work out much more.
