. The first semester is waaaaaaaaay the hardest - you spend the first half just trying to figure out the systems. Good luck with marking - it's a lot of work, but the feedback to the kiddies is worth it. And today I got to give a girl her first ever A on a maths test

write a letter or an email to the CEO, the sales Mgr, Director of sales - whoever it is that manages these people, explain who is doing it and provide evidence to show what is going on. if you're KPI's for your job are based around volume & value of sales, then I would highlight that effectively you are being deterred/stopped from doing your job.

apart from the fact that it's unethical and immoral, it's downright rude.

or send an email to the boss acting kind of dumb/vague, CC in the people who have changed the codes and ask them what has happened to your sales and why they have been attributed to someone else's budget.
