It's Saturday night, I'm at work, marking midterms in Okla-fucking-homa :?

Brief escapes to sanity (Austin last weekend :smt007 ) are spectacularly awesome, but FUCK does the rage descend 10-fold upon return

don't let it get you down Glenn. Iv'e had that feeling before, so damn sure it;s yours and then nothing. But it's a numbers game (my least favourite sales saying, but true).

Chin up:)

My GOTD: Sciatica. Mother fucking painful as hell. I'm meant to wash my sisters car, clean out mine, go for a walk and do some laundry in the next 2 hours and I can barely sit/stand/not cry. Funny story, my chiro's been working on my left ass cheek but this time the pain's on the right.

Hang in there, Bo. We need more like you.

I, personally, love my job like nothing I've ever done before. Always have. Then again, I'm dealing mainly with 14-17 year olds and they're the most respectful, quiet, compassionate and learned people I've ever dealt with. This says a lot, as I hang out on mb.com quite often.

Oh.my.fuck. Somebody send help please - THERE'S CHRISTIAN ROCK IN MY LIVING ROOM!!

As in three guys, a girl, some guitars and a Casio....

omg

halp...

Christian housemate has a Christian band. That practises. In our living room. At zero minutes notice. Normal housemate and I usually flee at the first sign, but today I am in the middle of cooking!!

FARK. I've just gotten home from an 11 hour day and got up at 6am.... :(

nic, the socially retarded, fucking annoying fuckstick of a housemate challenge is ON.

See, me and normal (Canadian atheist) housemate tried so hard to not be judgmental... "We don't like them being narrow-minded fucks, so we probably shouldn't be narrow-minded fucks." But FUCK, it never even occurred to me that it would reach the level of impromptu Christian rock :tard:. That'll learn me for trying not to be a cunt...

Keep on keeping on GK :). The first semester is waaaaaaaaay the hardest - you spend the first half just trying to figure out the systems. Good luck with marking - it's a lot of work, but the feedback to the kiddies is worth it. And today I got to give a girl her first ever A on a maths test :). She was so excited, she rang her dad to tell him! Aww, kinda made up for the 24 F's I gave... :goodteacher:

As for your house, if need to boot someone, I can thoroughly recommend a spot of Christian rock...

Jesus H Christ I hate my job. They're effectively stealing from me. Other established reps are going into my accounts and just willy nilly changing the rep code to suit them...and then taking the big sales. Umm, wtf.com/dodgycunts

And then they wonder why I'm not making any sales.

Mixy - that is down right FUCKED!

write a letter or an email to the CEO, the sales Mgr, Director of sales - whoever it is that manages these people, explain who is doing it and provide evidence to show what is going on. if you're KPI's for your job are based around volume & value of sales, then I would highlight that effectively you are being deterred/stopped from doing your job.

apart from the fact that it's unethical and immoral, it's downright rude.

or send an email to the boss acting kind of dumb/vague, CC in the people who have changed the codes and ask them what has happened to your sales and why they have been attributed to someone else's budget.

bastardo's - get em mixy

thanks man, needed to hear some of that.

Sadly this place is run by muppets and I would look like a whinge if I said more than I have (which I did today, gave the sales manager quite the serve). Best revenge will be finding a better job.

fucking hell mixxy, yeh thats way off. I know sales tends to get more than its fair share of bad behaviour, but thats one of the more underhanded things I've ever heard of.

threaten em with violence i reckon, just say "hey fuck stick, try and pull one over on me again and I'll break into your house and gut you like a fish whilst you sleep".

Ok that will probably get you in trouble both with both your bosses and the police, but it'd be nice to see the look on their face yeah?

is this where we have an argument about the swiss taking money from the nazi's and stolen paintings and artifacts and keeping them in their swiss banks while they were "neutral", all the while not taking in jewish refugees?
