I feel sick. Have been reading up on parasites and came across a fly that lays maggots on humans. There is a pic of a boy with a maggot being pulled out of his eyelid eeeuuuuuwwww.

I'm some kind of ninja cockroach killer. I've mowed down three over the last year without even realising I was killing them. Nasty stuff.
1) Slammed shut the oxygen door to our woodheater. Behind the door is a little ventilation slot handle, and in my slamming, a cockroach had run across at just the right moment and gotten crushed between the handle and the door. Next day went to open the ventilation holes and nearly had a heart attack.
2) Closed a sliding door in the house one night. Next day went to open it, had trouble unlatching the lock and found a dead roach in the latch hole.
3) Just now I went to open the computer room windy windows and the unwinder was harder than ever to undo. Check out the ledge...dead roach.
Mind you, these are the only cockroaches I've ever seen around the house.

Gnat, cutting out drinking is a very good way to lose some weight if you're already exercising and watching what you eat. Empty calories in alcohol. Ditch the wine with dinner at home or after work beer routine for starters.
That said.... if I have a shit day the first thing I do is open a bottle but I have reached my target weight.

Lolz. Yeah, he is teh bad influence all right. I no smoke no drink atm, and he not helping (off teh darts for over a month now!).
I've lost 3 kgs since I cut back on the brewskis. Still let myself have one or two on weekend tho... all something and no something makes cia something something.
