SEEKING dark electro ambient IDM artists 4 gig / community

Post by 97mg »

Hi guys!

Im trying to build the demus artist repertoire to include more melbourne artists interested in small gigs. Typically the nights are of a noise / industrial / dark electro flavour but it would be cool to inject some more ambient, dark breaks, idm or related music into the audience.

So if you're recording / performing anything like this send us a message.

Cheers :)

Also, there will be lots of other like minded people you can speak to at the party.

I think its poor form to put links to other forums on a forum but

http://www.idmforums.com

You will find plenty of melburn people here who are well into the IDM, and would very likely be interested in getting involved.

Why thank you!
One day soon we will get "Industrial Idol" started, where we supply a heap of samples and let artists go nuts with them. Then the panel of judges decides who Australia's next Shannon with white face makeup and studded pvc pants is going to be :D

Unfortunately though we cant find anyone qualified to judge Industrial contestants... everyone seems to have moved on to this short-haired post 9/11 music...
